Ten paid holidays are observed each year:

PTO accrues for employees as follows:

Sunrise is sponsoring a Short Term Disability program that pays 7/8’s of an employee’s salary. An employee must be disabled for 7 calendar days to go onto the program and can use a max of 415 hours per year.
Sunrise offers a Health Insurance Plan to qualifying employees. An Employee’s coverage is 100% paid by the company. Dependent coverage is available for the subsidized rates shown. Coverage begins the first day of the month following the employee’s hire date. The plan is a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and is designed to work in conjunction with the Health Savings Account described below. Employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan can opt to contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (“HSA”) Sunrise matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar to the employee’s HSA account up to 50% of the health plan annual deductible ($2,000 for singles, $4,000 for two-party and families). Dollars accrue tax-free in this personal account and can be carried over from year to year.
Sunrise has a Cafeteria Plan available which allows employees to pay for qualifying, day care expenses, dental insurance premiums and dental expenses and medical expenses not covered under the Health Insurance Plan with pre-tax dollars. See the Summary Plan Description for more details.
Employees over 21 years of age who have completed 3 months of service are eligible to defer compensation into the plan. Following one year of service, the company will match employee contributions fifty-cents on the dollar on the first 6% of wages deferred. The employee is always 100% vested in their own salary deferrals into the plan. The Sunrise matching contribution is subject to a six-year graded vesting schedule. Sunrise offers a Tuition Reimbursement program for full-time employees that wish to further their education. It reimburses up to $2,000 per year for tuition and books for courses taken to further their career with Sunrise.
The Company offers a Profit Sharing Program for all employees. Employees are able to earn bonus awards based on the performance of their assigned business units. Bonuses of up to 10% of an Employee’s compensation can be earned. Bonuses are calculated and awarded twice annually.
Sunrise provides at no cost to the employee a $20,000 group term life insurance policy for the employee, $5,000 coverage for a spouse and $2,500 coverage for dependents. Employees are eligible to purchase additional amounts of coverage if they choose.
