Evaluated the economic feasibility of bringing natural gas service to the City.

Provided detailed design, environmental review, GIS mapping, project permitting, and marketing services including natural gas purchase contracts and customer sign-ups.

Designed and provided construction management of 10 miles of 6-inch steel high-pressure feeder mainline, 48 miles of polyethylene distribution mainlines, and other amenities including pressure regulating stations, remote metering station, and provisions to serve approximately 3,300 new customers.

Provided project management including O&M compliance, quality control inspections, employee and contractor training, system start-up, and system management services. Construction included: 10 miles of 6-inch-high pressure steel transmission pipeline, and more than 46 miles of 2-inch through 8-inch PE distribution mainlines, and approximately 2,400 customer service lines.
